Police: Man Charged For Brother's Death

Authorities were called to the home on the 2100 block of Princeton Avenue In Oxford Circle early Sunday morning.

That's when the gruesome discovery was made. Paulo Figueiredo is being looked at as a possible suspect in a relative's murder.

The body of Arthur Figueiredo was found in the basement Sunday morning wrapped in a sheet and packing material. Sources told FOX that he was beaten to death.

Neighbors who saw the brothers Arthur and Paulo doing everything together were shocked to hear the younger brother, Paulo go into questioning.

Not only were they close, but the brothers also lived together while raising their daughters.

A man who neighbors identified as the brothers grandfather didn't say a word as he left the Oxford Circle home where the body was found.

The younger brother hesitated a while before turning himself into the police, telling them exactly where to find Arthur's body, Paulo and his daughter lived in the house where the brothers body laid for at least two days before Paulo made the decision to notify officials.

The 36-year-old man's younger brother questioned as a possible suspect. That's because neighbors describe the brothers as inseparable. Two good men who lived together were raising their two daughters.

A man neighbors identified as the brothers' grandfather didn't say a word as he left the Oxford Circle home where the body was found. Sources tell FOX 29 the victim's younger brother turned himself into police this weekend telling them exactly where to find Arthur's body in the basement.

The brother has been charged with murder and possession of instrument in crime.
