(WJBK) -

Andiamo Fettine Di Maiale Alla Savia & Vino Bianco
Sliced Pork Loin with Sage & White Wine
(Serves 6)

Ingredients (Serves 6)
2 Tbsp. Colavita Canola-Olive Oil Blend (75/25)
4 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
12 3-oz. boneless Pork Loin cutlets
All-Purpose Flour for dusting
2 pinches fresh sage or 1 pinch dried
2 Tbsp., fresh parsley, chopped
1-1/2 cup white wine
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat and add crushed garlic. Cook garlic until golden brown and discard.
Season pork with salt-and-pepper, then dust pork with flour, shaking off any excess. Add pork to pan. Cook two minutes per side.
Pour off any oil from pan. Then add sage, parsley and white wine. Let wine absorb until pork starts to stick to pan.
Remove pork and place on a serving dish. Add a little water to pan. Stir sauce with a wooden spoon until slightly thickened.
To serve, place pork on a warmed plate and pour sauce on top.
