PHOENIX (AP) - A Glendale man accused of sexually assaulting two women he met on the internet has pleaded not guilty in the case.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 40-year-old Ryan Robert Raths entered his plea Wednesday. His next scheduled court date is a Jan. 16 initial pretrial conference.

Raths was arrested last month on suspicion of four counts of felony sexual assault.

Court documents list Raths as an employee of the Washington Elementary School district.

Glendale police say Raths is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in September 2004 in an apartment where she went to meet him.

He's also accused of assaulting a 29-year-old woman at his apartment in October 2007. She had just moved to Arizona from California.
