Posted: Updated:
DETROIT (WJBK) -

Detroit-area veterans looking for work are encouraged to take part in the Suits for Soldiers event Monday, Dec. 16 at the Detroit VA Healthcare System (4646 John R).

The event runs until 4 p.m. in room B1290 on the first floor. Clothing will be given to Veterans who register for VA health care at the event, seek assistance with their resumes or sign up to attend a hiring event at the medical center in March.

Veterans should plan to bring their resumes for review and assistance. Suits for Soldiers will collect the resumes, review them and get in touch with the Veteran following the event.
