But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

MESA, Ariz. -

"Building a new tradition" Chicago Cub baseball fans have heard that phrase over the decades. There's not a new tradition quite yet, but one thing the Cubs do have is a new building in Mesa.

After a countdown the collective snips of a dozen golden scissors echoed out as the Cubs new Mesa Spring Training Facility was officially official.

"Isn't this fabulous, unbelievable!...the first words coming here when I first saw it and walked through I thought holy cow!," said Arizona Governor Jan Brewer.

Cubs park sits on 142 acres, largest in the Cactus League. The new stadium seats 15,000 fans with space to park over 4,000 cars.

Although this is a brand-new stadium there are some decidedly retro touches here. One of them is the brick wall just like the one at Wrigley Field in Chicago.

Cubs pitching great and hall of famer Ferguson Jenkins marveled at the facilities, "I mean you can walk for days in the weight room, the clubhouse... We had a clubhouse that was ten by ten and they have an oval clubhouse which is spectacular," he said.

With such a magnificent place in which to train, can there be any doubt the cubs will recapture their long-lost greatness? history teaches, yes, of course there can be doubt. But this is one sweet ballpark.

This is a landmark year for the Chicago cubs, their fiftieth year of spring training in mesa. So maybe, just maybe, the stars are aligning for this much-maligned, but also much-loved team.
