Reporting to Work: Should You?

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

There are 91 Georgia counties in a State of Emergency, as of Tuesday night. Governor Deal has even asked the President of the United State to step in and to help out ahead of the storm.

The Governor is also asking people to stay home and off the roads because it's the safest option. But we're hearing from many of you who have been told to report to work despite the declared State of Emergency.

And FOX5 I-Team's Dana Fowle is finding out tonight whether that practice is legal. Fowle contacted some legal experts and here's what they had to say.
