Detroit residents say plow trucks left their street untouched for weeks

Posted: Updated:
DETROIT (WJBK) -

Residents along Burlingame Street on Detroit's west side say they haven't been visited by a plow truck in weeks, and the rough roads have taken their toll.

Now with the warmer temperatures the ice and snow have been melting in the day but then refreeze at night, creating a one-way route down the street with a thick, icy median.

Within an hour of FOX 2's call the city promised to send a supervisor to see what can be done to help.
