PHOENIX (KSAZ) -

A group of immigration activists, many of them undocumented are camping out in front of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in downtown Phoenix.

The activists are staging a two week hunger strike with a message to President Obama; stop deportations and release their loved ones from detention centers.

The President promised to push through immigration reform this year in his State of the Union address. Political differences in the Republican led House of Representatives have put that promise on hold.

"There is widespread doubt about whether this administration can be trusted to enforce our laws and its going to be difficult to move any immigration legislation until that changes," said John Boehner, Speaker of the House of Representatives.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, President Obama has deported two million people , more than any other President in history.
