You don't need to be vegetarian or vegan to enjoy this recipe. At Southern Nosh, the meatless protein is expertly prepared with so much flavor you won't miss the meat. Today, more carnivores are trying the growing number of meat substitutes now available in the grocery store. This recipe is a very simple and delicious way to do Meatless Monday at your house.

Ingredients:
*Makes 2-4 servings
6 oz of Meatless Protein Cut Into Pieces
1 oz of Oriental Cut Red Peppers
1 oz of Oriental Cut Green Peppers
1 oz of Oriental Cut Red Onions
1 oz of Bok Choy Cabbage Julienne Cut
½ oz of Oriental Cut Celery
½ oz of Oriental Cut Baby Carrots
2 oz of Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 Tsp Roasted Garlic Pepper
½ oz of Corn Oil
Sea Salt

Directions:
1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
2. Season meatless protein with salt and garlic pepper. Add to skillet and sauté until brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Add all cut vegetables to pan and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add meatless protein back to skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in sweet & sour sauce and sauté until thoroughly heated.
6. Serve over rice.
