NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - CLICK HERE FOR UPDATE:  The McCourts have been reunited with Isabel Williams.

Polly and Cian McCourt and, of course, baby Ila Isabel, arrived at their Upper East Side home Wednesday afternoon after leaving Lenox Hill Hospital. Little Ila was born right in the crosswalk at Third Avenue and East 68th Street Monday.

Polly was thrilled to see her doorman, Anton, who supported her back through the fast delivery. McCourt was trying to hail a cab to get to the hospital but her baby just wouldn't wait. She gave birthright there on the street, surrounded by passersby and then cops and medics.

A Fox 5 crew just happened to by driving by when this all unfolded.

The McCourts would like to speak to and thank a young woman named Isabel Williams, 20, who gave Polly her flannel shirt to cover up the baby in the 30-degree weather Monday. She also gave Polly her coat to cover her up from view of strangers.

The McCourts are so grateful to Isabel that they gave their baby the middle name "Isabel."

Williams is so humble that she can't believe the attention that her actions are getting. She hasn't met the McCourts yet, but she saw them in the Fox 5 News report Tuesday night.

"I got that coat at Goodwill for $40.  I'm fine," Williams says.

"I'm kind of shocked that doing what I did was such a big deal to so many people," she said.  "It should just be a normality that people help each other out."
