With a last second change, and a quick vote, the abortion bill cleared another hurdle today in the state legislature.
The vote today essentially combines the House and Senate abortion bills. The Senate bill has been more controversial. It says tax-payer money cannot be used in insurance policies to pay for an abortion.
Some of the language was also changed regarding exceptions.
Opponents of the bill say it's an assault on women's rights.
Bill supporters say it's not so much about abortion - it's about tax-payer money and how it's spent.
