The owner of a local tanning salon is feeling the heat over accusations he solicited sex from a customer.
Carrollton police said the man has a record that dates back more than a decade.
Robert Galloway is facing charges of pandering. He's the owner of Tropical Tanning Salon in Carrollton.
Police said over the last couple of months, he began calling one of his customers repeatedly, and gave her two T-shirts. Police say Galloway then went to the office supply store where the woman works, and slipped her a note.
The note asked the woman to meet him at a certain location where he would offer her money in return for sexual favors. Instead, the 23-year-old woman chose to go to police, and Galloway was arrested.
Police said they've been receiving complaints about Galloway for years.
