GLENDALE, Ariz. -

A 23-year-old Glendale woman is in jail, accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy.

Take a look at the "selfie" she used online.  Police say she posed as a 15-year-old girl, luring teenage boys with the picture and taking advantage of them.

Police say the 13-year-old boy's mother called them in February after she found out about the relationship.  Then they monitored Anna Areola-Hernandez's social media sites and apps.

Court paperwork shows the relationship had gone on for about six months, during which Hernandez and the victim had sex several times.  And police say she could've had sex with several other teenage boys as well.

Police want you to take a good look at Hernandez's selfie, then check your children's social media pages and apps.  At first glance -- in the picture -- she could potentially fool even the police.

"Oh, absolutely.. she looks very young, so it would be very easy for her to pass as a teenager," said Tracey Breeden of the Glendale Police Department.

And that's what police say she did.  Going on Facebook, SnapChat, Tango and Kik, pretending to be a 15-year-old student and luring boys in.

Police say Hernandez had sex with a 13-year-old Glendale boy several times at his home.

"It wasn't just a one time meeting," said Breeden.

The victim told police they met at Desert Sky Mall last September and chatted on Facebook.  Hernandez reportedly posted intimate pictures of her and the boy on her page.

Court paperwork shows the woman gave the boy a sexually transmitted disease and claims to be carrying his baby.  She told police she knew what she was doing was wrong, but she showed absolutely no remorse.

We stopped by Hernandez's home.  Someone sped off as he saw us approach and people inside the home refused to comment.

"No questions, please.. I'm sorry, no questions."

Police say Hernandez used the screen names "Tiny Hernandez" or "Ana Hernandez."

She admitted to police that she "friended" as many as 20 kids online while posing as a 15-year-old and confessed to having sex with two children.

Hernandez faces 12 counts, including sex with a minor and molestation.  Those charges stem from her relationship with the one 13-year-old boy.

Now investigators are trying to find out if there are even more victims out there.

If you have any information you're asked to call the Glendale Police Department at 623-930-3000 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
