PHILADELPHIA -

A woman was killed in a three-car accident Saturday in West Philadelphia. Two other people were hurt, including a child.

The fatal collision occurred Saturday at 58th and Chestnut streets in West Philadelphia.

The 53-year-old woman was driving a silver Nissan Altima. Police say she ran a red light down North 58th street and was struck by a Camaro and Buick traveling east bound on chestnut.

A nine-year-old passenger in the Altima was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with an injury to her right arm, investigators say. She's in stable condition.

The 27-year-old man driving the Camaro was stabilized at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after hurting his neck, back and suffering a cut on his head.

No other injuries were reported.

Witnesses will never forget what they saw.

FOX 29's Dave Kinchen has more details in this video report.
