Ingredients:
1 package Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie mix
1/3 cup Right Brain Brewery CEO Stout
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
Prepare brownie batter per directions on box, substituting stout for the water in the recipe. When cool, frost with Chocolate Stout Ganache.

Chocolate Stout Ganache
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Right Brain Brewery CEO Stout
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Heat stout in saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Continue simmering until stout is reduced to ½ cup. When reduced, add whipping cream, and heat until almost boiling. Remove from heat, and pour over chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Let sit for 3-5 minutes (until chips are melted), then whisk together until combined. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
