VILLANOVA, Pa. -

Police say a man who was convicted of stalking and stealing a woman's underwear back in 2012 has resurfaced, this time at Villanova University.

The man is now being charged with 10 incidents of stalking and police are worried about more potential victims.

Fox 29's Dave Schratwieser reports with information from a news conference that was held today.

Kornwell Chan was convicted of using a video camera to look up women's skirts at King of Prussia mall, of stalking a woman in Montgomery County, and then burglarizing the victim's home and stealing her underwear. Well, now police say he struck at Villanova University.

According to police, the incidents occurred last fall after he got out of prison after serving 11.5 to 23 months. The victim involved did not want to pursue this back in the fall.

However, according to police, when the suspect showed up at Villanova University again at the library on April 22nd library staff recognized him and called Radnor police.

“On 10 separate occasions, he stalked and followed young girl who was just trying to use the library. So I'm asking the viewers to take good long look at this picture. This individual is sick. This individual does not belong walking the streets,” said Police Superintendent William Colarulo.

“Our main concern is always the safety and well-being of our students. We are really grateful to Radnor Township detectives who's responded quickly when we were able to identify him in the library,” said Villanova Public Safety Director Dave Tedjeske.

Kornwell Chan is now behind bars in Montgomery County on a probation violation.

He will be brought to Radnor to face the charges in coming weeks. Superintendent Colarulo says that he did admit that he’s been following young women around, mostly woman in their 20s.

Authorities urges anyone that thinks the suspect may have been following you or if you’ve seen him repeatedly at locations you visit, please call Radnor police or your local police department.
