But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A valley family is mourning the loss of their son and they are now searching for answers.

Kevin Ore, a 35-year-old Phoenix man, was found dead on the side of a North Phoenix road from an apparent gunshot wound early Wednesday morning, according to his family.

Ore worked at the Rum Runners Bar near 7th Street and Northern Avenue. He was last seen playing trivia there with his friends and helping staff close up. He left the bar around 2:00am and began to walk to his house. His body was found at 5:45am just a block away from the bar near 8th Street and Las Palmaritas Drive. Phoenix Police say it is unclear if he was killed at the location or if his body was brought there. Police also say nothing on Ore appears to have been stolen.

Ore’s parents are asking the public for help to solve the murder.

"People ask what they can do for us…I want my boy back or to find out who did this. ‘Why’ doesn't make any difference, I cannot have my son back," said Michael Ore, Kevin’s father.

Kevin Ore had just finished battling stage 4 melanoma and was in a relationship with his girlfriend for more than 10 years.

"He beat the cancer, but you know somebody took him away from us last night. I keep thinking that we're going to wake up tomorrow and this is going to be a bad dream, but it's not," said Michael.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
