Mayor Duggan visits Lansing to push for state aid

LANSING, Mich. (WJBK) - Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan joined the lobbying effort at the state capitol Wednesday in efforts to get lawmakers to approve the proposal to send $195 million in state aid to retirees in Detroit.

Meanwhile, one of the major unions in the city is saying if Republicans don't make change the deal will fall apart.
