Police Release Surveillance Photos of Chalfont Wells Fargo Bank Robbery

BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. -

 New Britain Township Police say they are searching for a suspect accused of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank in Chalfont,Pa.

According to police, at 4:20 p.m. Friday, the suspect entered the branch at 4275 County Line Road and approached a teller. He then placed a large blue nylon bag on the counter and demanded money.

After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, he walked out towards the back doors of the bank.

Police say the suspect is described as a white man with distorted facial features and very large ears. Many witnesses told police he was wearing a full-face mask and wig. He had on a dark blue hooded zip-front windbreaker, a white flat cap, black glasses with tinted lenses, and tan leather driving gloves with open knuckles.

Police consider the man armed and dangerous.
