Lyttle helps Dream beat Mystics 86-73

ATLANTA (AP) - Sancho Lyttle scored 18 points and the Atlanta Dream dominated inside to break open a tight game in an 86-73 victory over the Washington Mystics on Saturday night.

Angel McCoughtry and Tiffany Hayes each had 16 points to help the Dream (12-5) win for the ninth time in 11 games and improve to 3-0 against the Mystics this season.

Tied at 40 at the half, the Dream had a 26-12 edge in points in the paint in the second half.

Emma Meesseman led Washington (7-12) with 18 points. After shooting 16 for 36 in the first half, the Mystics were 11 for 29 in the second.
