PATERSON, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities have charged two more men in the death of a 12-year-old girl who was hit by a stray bullet while riding a scooter in New Jersey.

Jeffery Ellerbee, 21, was charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses and Marshae Anthony, 19, was charged with weapons charges, Passaic County prosecutors said Friday.

It wasn't immediately known if either had an attorney.

Jhymiere Moore, 19, earlier pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and weapons charges in the death of Genesis Rincon in Paterson. His attorney said he wasn't involved in the shooting.

A funeral for Genesis was planned for Friday evening at a church in Paterson. Large crowds were expected at a viewing scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
