CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - FOX 32 News has teamed up with no-kill shelter PAWS Chicago to bring you an adoptable pet each week. This week, we're featuring a 6-year-old male cat names Muscles!

Coming from the rough streets of Chicago, this bad boy has a heart of gold. He likes to come greet his humans at the door and spend some one-on-one cuddling time each day. He loves being petted and getting belly rubs so much he gets sad when you stop!

This Special Needs kitty is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus positive, but many FIV+ cats live long and healthy lives without signs of infection. The virus depresses the immune system and hinders a cat's ability to protect himself against other infections. While this does not stop his sense of adventure, it means that Muscles can only share his home with other FIV+ cats.

Consider adding Muscles to your family and changing his life forever.

You can meet Muscles and the other animals in need of forever homes at the PAWS Chicago Adoption & Humane Center in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
